Welcome! I’m Amy White, founder of Naturally Amy. I treat local patients at my office in Maitland, Florida (237 Lookout Place Maitland, FL 32751) and also coach clients over the phone.

I’ve been immersed in the holistic health field for sixteen years. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, yoga teacher, holistic health coach and a Licensed Acupuncture Physician. I’ve studied and embraced these different modalities because of their profound healing effects, especially when used together.
